Gameday Honey Recipes

Salty Honey Snack Mix
4 cups crispy cereal
1-1/2 cups pretzels
1 cup peanuts or mixed nuts
5 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup Adee Honey Farms Honey
In a large bowl, combine the cereal, pretzels and nuts. In a small saucepan, melt butter then stir in honey until well blended. Pour over cereal mixture and stir to coat. Spread mixture into a greased baking pan. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool in pan for 3 minutes then spread on waxed paper to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
Hot Honey Dipping Sauce
1 cup Adee Honey Farms Honey
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon coarse Kosher salt
Combine the honey, pepper flakes, vinegar and salt in a small saucepan and heat on low for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow to cool fully before serving. Perfect for dipping chicken wings, poppers and cheese sticks or drizzling on pizza and nachos.
No-Bake Honey PB Bites
1-1/2 cups rolled oats or quick oats
2/3 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons Adee Honey Farms Honey
Add the oats, peanut butter and honey to a food processor or blender and mix until ingredients are well combined and come together to form a dough ball. Roll into bites and store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
